Self-Reflection of a Year in Globaloria

Well... since I am new I've learned a lot about Globaloria in this school year. This was the first time I've made a game in flash  but the tools were familiar since I do have two years experience in Photoshop. The coding was the newest thing I've learned and it was not so hard but there was some errors along the way...
I was most proud of this mostly because it is my first game...

Truck slams I-5 bridge near Seattle causing it to collapse

So basically, a semi came and hit the overhead of the bridge which caused the bridge to collapse.
Two vehicles sank into the water and the three people were rescued and are in recovery, there is delays on roads and the road from Seattle to Canada will be blocked off for a while.

Where:  Where does your game take place? 
               My game takes place on a highway
  
             Describe the setting  
               Its out on an open highway with cars driving during rush hour

How:     How does your game teach the player about your topic?
  It teaches them how to be a responsible driver by showing/telling them what it takes and not to put others at risk of an accident.

Game Learning Topic

I chose my topic to be based on Safe Driving and being a safer driver (More safe then others). I chose this topic because there is a lot of drivers with expired Inspection stickers and diving while doing other things like looking for random things in their car. Since the game is side scrolling there will be Up, Down, Left, Right, controls; Up to move up, down to move down, right to speed up, and left to slow down type controls. You are trying to get points for safe driving and every time you make a move that results in an accident your points get deducted... and if you make three accidents happen then the next one your car may get totaled..

PlayStation 4

The PS4 looks like its getting old ideas for upgrades for its new version of the PlayStation Eye from the Xbox's Kinect sensor. They are also making the controller look some what of the Xbox's controller. I am not excited about it but the graphics over everything look amazing.

Black History Month Game

This is a game that I designed to celebrate the life of Cinos. This person is an important part of history because he is a rapper who speaks out on a lot of social problems in the world and tells how to fix them all.

Cinos, (born January 22, 1991) is currently an independent artist under the 13th Order, whose buzz erupted on the scene in summer of 2012. His music though categorized as "dark" has struck the hearts of many with profound lyrics and emotional yet spiritual tones. Within a few months time his popularity escalated as he quickly became the underground’s most controversial artist today. Speaking on against God, religion and love, Cinos has become one of the only few honest voices for a lost generation. His debut mixtape #ChaosControl was the first major step in his musical discography and he quickly followed that up with his “13” EP which some have said is one the most controversial and deepest mixtapes ever made. He since has released #Chaoscontrol2, his 3rd project in a year's time.
